Update on CVS

I wrote them an email last night as soon as I was off the phone with the pharmacist.  To there credit I did receive this back from them today...

Dear Mrs. Ana Anselmo,
Thank you for taking the time to contact CVS/pharmacy.  Please accept my sincerest apology for the situation that occurred.  This is a very serious matter and will be addressed with the Area Pharmacy Supervisor.    
I have formally documented your complaint and have forwarded it to XXXXXXX (I deleted the name), the Area Pharmacy Supervisor for review.  I have asked him to follow up directly with you within 24 business hours.  
Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention.  I do apologize once again and assure you that this will be addressed with the highest priority.
