I have to share the most heart breaking (non-medical) thing I have ever seen...Savvy woke up at 3 am she was curled up in her bed crying....sobbing.  I actually woke up to the tears and thought she had a bad dream.  I was carressing her back and talking to her and she wouldn't stop sobbing so I picked her up to take her to my bed with me and realized that she had peed herself.  With the exception of our little vacation last week (didn't want an oopsy in a hotel bed) she has been wearing her "big girl panties" to bed and last night she had an accident.  My heart broke when I realized that she was crying because she thought she did something wrong....heart wrenching!

On the not so heart wrenching news ... we are off to the doctor's again tomorrow...this time it is almost funny.  Savvy's rash is still around but has not gotten worse so I think Dr. Ponytail was right and we are just going to have to ride it out...her body fighting another virus and it is working its way out.

This time we are heading to the doctors for a wellness visit...we need a "yellow form" for school!!! Savvy is starting preschool in August!  I talked to the school yesterday and we will be meeting with her teacher and other admins next week.  I called the drs office to request a "yellow form" and was told she needed to go in........hmmmm...."But Savvy goes in just about every other week to see "Dr. Ponytail" for one reason or another".... "Yes, I see that she has been sick a lot but she needs a physical."...Really?  At first, I most admit I thought it was ridiculous...we literally saw her pediatrician just a few days ago then I realized...Hey...this is what mom's of healthy kids do, regular physicals....so lets join that team and do it with a smile!!!

Okay...now since Savvy is playing so nicely by herself I will share with you the funniest story...not even poop related...although I have one of those ready to go at any minute if you really want one......

As Savvy was putting her shoes on the other night to go for a walk she looked at me and Super Papi and says, "now lets go find a little boy"...okay, Savvy, we are going to open the door and by some miracle a little boy will be in our front yard and he will be ready to play with you.....

We open the door and although the little boy was not in the yard he was on the sidewalk in front of the house....can you believe it?  We have a playdate for this evening since this little boy is the same age as Savvy....so I am thinking if this kid ever says she has the lotto numbers I running to get a pen, marker, lipstick whatever to jot the numbers down on the wall, door, paper...

I loved the update on Savvy's trip to Tampa--it turned out great!  I can hardly wait to see the full PBS video tape.  Yes, I was a witness of how well behaved Savvy is--incredible that she did not have a problem when portions of the tape had to be taped again.  Mhhmm, I wonder if she's going to be a little actress??? :-)  OOOOXXXXX

That's my Ahijada!

I am so excited to hear about Savvy starting pre-school in August!  I noticed how much she enjoyed playing at Bush Gardens with the other children.  I was delighted to see her face when she watched Elmo dance during his performance.  Ha! it doesn't surprise me either that a little boy was out waiting to be her playmate either--ha ha!  You and Robert have to be ready to conduct "boy inspections" as she continues growing up.  LOL.  God Bless.
